Olga Bennett is a Melbourne photographer who is doing a shoot for the upcoming second issue of Extra Curricular. She photographs people in the environments they live and work in, and uses film, resulting in photographs with a beautiful richness and depth. First Thursdays - THIS Thursday!

That's tomorrow folks. First Thursdays is held in St Kevins Arcade in K Road from 6pm on the first Thursday of each month - this is only the second one. It's inspired by a Seattle-based event by the same name, and showcases new and exciting talent in the fields of visual arts, music & performance.

I think we should go along and check it out, don't you?
